CELLAR AND vinification
At Domaine des Bouzons we put our very best efforts into producing terroir wines that offer refined aromas and a touch of dreams. Wines boasting deep colours that surprise and flatter the palate with their delicate spices. Wines that are reminiscent of Provence and the sunny banks of the Rhône river.
Domaine des Bouzons is a vineyard that associates varietals with much subtlety: Grenache, Syrah, Counoise, Cinsault for red wines, Roussanne, Clairette and Viognier for the white wines.
Fermentation takes place in thermos-regulated stainless steel vats, for periods between 14 days and 1 month depending on the vintages. Traditional over-pumping and load shedding is also used. After pressing the wine is left to mature in concrete vats and French oak casks.
